Betty tells Henry that they should avoid each other as much as possible, since he'll be returning to Arizona in five months. Daniel learns that 52% of Mode's advertisers have followed Atlantic Attire's example and have decided to distance themselves from a magazine whose co-Editor-in-Chief is a transsexual. Christina talks Betty into trying an online dating service. Wilhelmina, while trying to sabotage Mode, sends Marc to supervise a photo shoot where he meets Cliff, the photographer, and the two hit it off. Cliff asks Marc to watch Psycho with him the next night and Marc accepts the invitation, even though he has his eyes set on Gus, the dim-witted male model. Hilda meets a group of elderly widows at the cemetery and invites them back to her house to socialize. Daniel tries to come up with ideas to change Mode to attract new advertisers, instead of going to Bradford for financial help, but none of them are viable options. Claire is upset when she sees an invitation to Bradford and Wilhelmina's wedding, so she grabs one of the Sackses' shotguns and leaves the beach house. While chatting online at Bachelocity, Christina gets an instant message from a guy who claims to be the husband that she left behind in Scotland. Cliff shows up to take Marc out on their date to see Psycho, but is disappointed to learn that not only did Marc not realize that their evening together was supposed to be a date, but that Marc had made another date with Gus. Kenny tips Henry off regarding Betty's bowling date, so Henry shows up at the bowling alley and witnesses NiceGuy47 sneaking out without telling Betty. Henry makes up a story about why the guy left, saying that he heard him say something about a sick bird at home. Daniel and Alexis go to have dinner with Bradford and Wilhelmina at the Meade home, but their evening is almost interrupted by Claire, who watches the scene through the scope of a rifle. Wilhelmina insists that they take a family holiday photo in front of the fireplace, so when Claire sees this touching family scene she thinks that Wilhelmina has been successful where she herself has failed in uniting Bradford, Alexis, and Daniel. Claire then decides that she should let her family go, so she tells Yoga that they'll soon leave for their new life together in Positano, Italy. Justin is brought home by the police after he stole the family car and crashed it into a tree. Daniel admits to Bradford that he lost the Atlantic Attire account and father chastises son, even though Alexis claims responsibility. Hearing Bradford's harsh words causes Alexis to have flashbacks to some of the unpleasant encounters she herself had with her father when she was still Alex. The experience brings her memory rushing back to her and she confesses to Daniel that their car accident wasn't his fault because she'd hired someone to kill Bradford, and the hit man had chosen the same method that Claire had used on Fey Sommers, cutting the brake lines. Henry and Betty continue their non-date by going from the bowling alley to a fancy dinner, where the two try to work out the dynamics of their non-relationship. Hilda confronts Justin regarding his recent behavior and the two share an emotional moment. Marc ends up picking Cliff over Gus and the two have a great time together. Betty and Henry bicker and he tells her that he'll give his notice at Mode on Monday, which Betty thinks is for the best, but then she tells him that they should try to enjoy the five months that they have and so she grabs him and kisses him.
